This letter of certification is provided to Bob Smith, Storage Company, as it pertains to the destruction and disposal of the data on media to the above listed RecycleYourMedia Purchase Order number and/or quote Number. RecycleYourMedia acknowledges the receipt of the above described materials from the suppliers and that RecycleYourMedia has destroyed or will destroy all data within 14 days from the date of receipt.
RecycleYourMedia acknowledges that the materials contain confidential and proprietary information of the supplier and that, if disclosed, may harm the supplier. Accordingly, RecycleYourMedia guarantees protection against third party access to the material before data is destroyed and further agrees not to disclose any information contained in the material to any third party for any reason. RecycleYourMedia hereby agrees that we will not read or duplicate such files nor sell or disclose any of such data to any other person, firm, corporation or other entity.
RecycleYourMedia guarantees any information on the tape to be irretrievable upon the completion of this process. Storage Company may audit the destruction of confidential information by a review of randomly selected items provided by Storage Company under the above-stated PO.
